The location is perfect, just across the street from the beach. The pool area was really dirty and not inviting. Staff were friendly, which was a plus. Our room had a musty smell, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic location with a comfortable bed and an amazing breakfast buffet that kept everyone satisfied during our stay.

I loved being just a short stroll away from Galveston Beach, where I could enjoy sunrise views and sandy strolls, while also having a variety of great restaurants like Popeyes and McDonald's just a few steps away, making it incredibly convenient for grabbing meals and snacks on the go, plus the hotel itself has friendly staff and a really nice breakfast buffet for fueling my adventures; however, there could be some improvements in room maintenance and housekeeping services.

Decent location. Access to the beach is easy, with several restaurants and a Kroger nearby. The friendly staff at the front desk made a difference. The breakfast? Let's just say the eggs lacked appeal. Constant knocks before check-out time, even after a long night out, are inexcusable. Management should address this behavior. the promised views were misleading—only a view of the pool, not both. Broken elevators and cloudy pool water further detracted from the experience. Rooms were not properly cleaned, and maintenance issues need urgent attention.

The location was convenient, close to attractions and a short drive to the Strand. the comfort of the room fell short. The bed had dirty sheets, giving an immediate sense of discomfort. The carpet appeared unclean, and the bathroom was neglected, with mold on the walls and a dirty floor. Temperature control was absent, making it challenging to regulate comfort levels. The noise from the street impacted our peace. I appreciated the cordial staff, but the lack of cleanliness and essential amenities like a functioning phone detracted significantly from our experience.

The staff was super nice and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. We enjoyed biking around the area, the paths were clear and safe, plus the hotel had bike rentals available.
It wasn’t the cheapest place to stay, but it was still worth it for the fun we had.

It was next level fun, like adrenaline rush galore! Then we flexed at the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, dude! The rides were mega cool, perfect for our thrill-seeking crew.
Wish there was a lit beach party nearby for us night owls to chill and vibe after all the daytime adventures.

Our family had a blast at Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston with its exhilarating slides and lazy river. The kids couldn't get enough of the twisting tubes and wave pool, while my wife and I enjoyed relaxing in the sun.
My wife says that Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston would be even better with more shaded areas for families.

The beach was just a short walk across the street, making it easy for us to enjoy the seaside. The availability of breakfast, although limited in choices, was a nice convenience.

Strolling to Kroger or fast food joints is a workout. Parking near cruises I'll never take. Staff desperately helps. Eating at the local joints is a marathon. Free WiFi for social media drama. Sunshine queens will adore the pools. Sailing and surfing? I stayed indoors watching TV.
I absolutely loved being bothered early every day by the persistent housekeeping staff.

During my xmas getaway, I enjoyed the hotel's great location near the beach, making it convenient to explore the area's restaurants and bars.
My experience was marred by maintenance issues like loose door latches, unresponsive housekeeping, and malfunctioning AC units. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with dirty air conditioner filters and unemptied trash cans.

Our stay at this budget hotel was surprisingly pleasant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with new beds and fresh linens. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and there were noticeable improvements being made to the property. We especially appreciated the paperless check-in and check-out process, as well as the access to the heated indoor pool next door. The location was convenient, being close to the beach and a grocery store. our experience was positive.
The front lobby experience was off-putting, with locked doors and a demanding staff member. Additionally, the stained blanket in our room was not replaced despite our request for a new one.

the proximity to the beach is fantastic. the hotel is close to restaurants and a grocery store - all within walking distance. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful: a very nice front desk employee helped to fix the tv the first night, and another very friendly service technician helped to repair the shower handle right away.

the receptionists were very friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early at no charge. the renovated rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect, right by the ocean. the staff were attentive and the view of the sunrise from the east balcony was unbeatable. overall, a great experience.
